Meeting notices will be sent out to PERSONAL emails only at least 1 week prior to the meeting date. These emails will contain additional information on location, and IF a hybrid meeting contain the TEAMS link to join in remotely.
If you are not receiving emails, please reach out to us and let us know.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Joining remotely during a hybrid meeting – all participants must display their full names and activate their cameras to take part in voting on meeting motions. This is important as all members must be counted for quorum.
Members who do not show their full name may render the member unable to participate and could result in being removed from the online session.
Members who do not have their cameras turned on will result in the member being ineligible to vote.
Instructions for joining:
- Click the Join via Teams link via the email you’ve received.
- You will be prompted for sign in, choose join without signing in.
- Fill out your First and Last name, make sure your camera is on and click join.

Location: South Corman Park School Gym
Directions for getting to South Corman Park School – head south on highway 11 towards Regina – past Grasswood Esso and turn right on Baker Road. Continue down Baker Road until you reach the school.
