Do you know a Grade 9–12 student interested in Workplace Safety?
This is a fantastic opportunity for them to showcase their skills and compete in Skill #92: Workplace Safety.
Why participate?

- Safety Presentation
- The winner advances to Skills Canada Nationals.

Important: Each competitor must have a Teacher Advisor and complete Parent/Guardian information if under 18.
Registration closes March 3, 2026. All competitor registrations must be complete. Parental release forms and student information due.

2026 WorkSafe Saskatchewan Youth Video Contest – WorkSafe Saskatchewan
Parents & Teachers, have your students create a two-minute video to demonstrate workplace safety, health and injury prevention in an engaging way and be entered to win prizes for the team and your school!
Enter your video in WorkSafe Saskatchewan’s 2026 Youth Video Contest, offered with support from the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS).
The top three videos selected will receive a cash prize for the student team and high school. The Frist Prize winner advances to the CCOHS Youth Video National Contest.
The contest is open to all Saskatchewan students in Grades 9 to 12. You may enter as an individual or as a team. Each team may only enter one submission.
First Prize: Team – $1,000 School – $1,500
Second Prize: Team – $750 School – $1,000
Third Prize: Team – $500 School – $750
Additionally, WorkSafe will award one school with a pizza party for the whole class! See contest rules and regulations for more information.
